Give them attention they need. Give your family times, not just a quality time, but very much times to strengthen your love. By doing this, you could reap the benefits that are 'sweet' feelings mentioned above due to the conducive situation you have created. By giving proper attention to your family, it can make you not to focus on your stressors.
